| In general I love you and would rate you higher. I just had an oil change on Friday, May 24, before leaving for Colorado the day after Memorial Day, May 28th. I discovered I have an oil drip under the car on my way up to Colorado. I've been tracking it and had to add a quart of oil after only 600 miles from the oil change. I assume it was that the oil filter is not quite tight, or maybe the oil pan plug. Also, my power steering fluid went low during the same period after being stable for a year or more. I was hoping that the oil change would put me at ease during the trip, instead I've got two issues on the trip and because I'm out of town I won't be able to bring it back to you until I return. It's disappointing. But again, In general I'm very pleased with your service. |
